On April 26, 2017 TransTech successfully passed the annual review of ISO 17100 for translation services requirements and the ISO 9001 quality management system by the international expert and ISO certified author. Mohamed Ali Ibrahim at the company’s headquarters at the address located at 703 on 1 Hafez Ramadan Street – Nasr City – Cairo.

Start of review – Meeting with senior management

The audit began with the meeting of Dr. Mohamed Ali Ibrahim, Director of TransTech for Translation, represented by Mr. Ahmed Motamad – General Manager

Review translation work and translator performance

This was followed by an individual meeting with each interpreter of the company’s translators and an overview of how to ensure the perfect performance of translation work in accordance with ISO 17100. Some notes were given to translators to improve performance and provide the best service possible in translation services

Management audit of project coordinators:

This was followed by a review of the performance of project managers to ensure that the administrative process leading to work in the translation projects followed by the ISO 17100 specification for translation services

Public meeting with management, project coordinators and translators:

After that, a general meeting was held with the management and project coordinators and translators to discuss the results of the review and presentation of observations and ways and mechanisms of improvement and some guidance that will raise the efficiency of work and increase and improve productivity and quality in general

At this meeting, all the necessary aspects were discussed and the TransTech Translation Continuity in Certificate Retention was declared in accordance with ISO 17100 for Translation Services and ISO 9001 for Quality Management System
